Job Summary:
The sales advisor is in charge of marketing the programs that the company offers to its customers. The adviser will make sure that all leads—whether they are obtained directly from the company or through its marketing channels—are promptly contacted or filtered. in addition to meeting the monthly goal for individual sales.
Job Responsibilities:
- Instantly responds to sales calls and leads that the organization generates; thoroughly analyze potential customers' situations and register them in the sales support system.
• Have extensive conversations with potential clients to learn about their preferences and investment goals in relation to their aims.
• Evaluate the needs of the client and suggest appropriate solutions that fit their long-term objectives, lifestyle choices, and financial situation.
• Establish and maintain a solid rapport with clients by offering knowledgeable, individualized guidance, responding to questions, and giving updates via prompt follow-up.
• Make compelling and educational presentations to highlight the benefits, features, and value proposition of the company's numerous programs in accordance with the demands of the client.
• Achieve or surpass sales goals by continuously producing fresh leads,closing sales, and maximizing revenue generation.
• Attend company events/roadshows and represent the company in a professional manner work environment.
Job Requirements:
- 0-2 years of experience in sales or customer service roles
- Associate or Bachelors degree in any field
