Supply Chain Manager

Job Purpose:

The Supply Chain Manager plays a key role in monitoring and optimizing supply chain processes in the HRECA industry (hotels, restaurants, cafes). This role is essential to ensure the company has an efficient, cost-effective, and well-coordinated supply chain operation.

Job Description:

• Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies for the HRECA sector.
• Continually optimize supply chain processes to improve efficiency and cost effectiveness.
• Monitor HRECA's procurement activities and ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.
• Develops and maintains supplier relationships by negotiating favorable terms.
• Monitor supplier performance and quality and take corrective action as needed.
• Manage HRECA inventory levels, balancing availability needs and cost control.
• Implementation of inventory management measures to reduce waste and improve the value of turnover.
• Optimize logistics and distribution networks for timely and cost-effective deliveries.
• Minimize delivery times and transport costs while maximizing service levels.
• Oversee the transportation and distribution of goods, including fleet management and maintenance to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
• Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to optimize inventory levels and streamline fulfillment processes.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations within the HRECA industry.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks that may affect operations.
• Develop and manage supply chain budgets to maximize cost effectiveness.
• Track and analyze supply chain costs and expenses, identifying savings opportunities.
• Implementation of quality control measures in procurement and distribution of goods.
• Monitor the quality of the products and follow the standards according to the needs of the company.
• Maintain effective communication channels with internal stakeholders, including operations and procurement teams.
• consider the concerns and requirements of all stakeholders to ensure smooth operation.
• Continually evaluate supplier performance to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability.

Required Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
• 7-9 years of experience in supply chain management in HRECA or F&B sector, including a minimum of 4 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record of successful supply chain optimization and cost-effective procurement.

Range of Salary: 10,000 – 15,000 SAR
